Terms of Use
These terms describe the basic rules for using AIDB.center, a digital platform for workspaces, employees, applications, documents, tasks, customers, suppliers, and partners.
Registration and workspace
- A user may create a workspace for a company, store, team, or another business area.
- The workspace owner is responsible for correct data, user invitations, and access configuration.
- One user may have different roles in different workspaces if platform settings allow it.
Access rights
AIDB.center separates access by roles. A user should see only the sections, data, and actions allowed by their role and workspace settings.
Applications and features
The platform may include system features and installable applications. Availability depends on publication, plan, permissions, workspace settings, and technical readiness.
User responsibility
- Do not share passwords or confirmation codes with other people.
- Do not upload illegal, harmful, or third-party data without the right to use it.
- Configure roles and permissions so employees and external participants see only the information they need.
- Report suspicious activity or security issues to support.
Limitations
AIDB.center does not guarantee that every feature will be available in all countries, plans, languages, and work scenarios at the same time. If a feature is launching or under review, the interface should show a clear state.
