AIDB.center respects user privacy and processes data only to operate the platform, registration, sign-in, support, security, and connected features.

This page describes AIDB.center's general approach to data. Separate terms may be added for a specific plan, country, or corporate agreement.

Data we may process

Name, email, phone number, and account details.
Company, store, team, or workspace name.
Roles, access rights, interface settings, and language.
Work data that users create in connected applications.
Security data: sessions, sign-in events, IP address, device, and activity logs.

Why we need data

To create a workspace and give users access.
To send confirmation codes, notifications, and service messages.
To save language, theme, and security settings.
To separate access between employees, customers, suppliers, and partners.
To protect the platform from errors, unauthorized access, and abuse.

Who can see data

Access is controlled by roles and permissions inside the workspace. Employees, customers, suppliers, partners, and external participants see only the data they are allowed to see.

Data sharing

AIDB.center may use external services for email delivery, notifications, hosting, security, and technical support. These services are used only to operate the platform and should receive no more data than needed for their function.

Storage and security

We use HTTPS, access control, role separation, and activity logs. Users are responsible for protecting their passwords and configuring access correctly inside their workspace.
